Photo shoot.

I stepped off my merry-go-round (as Travis says) the other night. Not to be misinterpreted with "falling off my rocker". I stepped forward with the nerves running wild and did my first photo shoot. Thank you to everyone for praying and thinking of me. Before the shoot I stuffed my mouth with a huge wad of sweeter, fruitier, fabulous citrus mint gum to claim the nerves. Seemed to help.=)

The lady was super cool and the kids were great. Here are a few of my favs from the shoot. It was a GREAT learning experience and I was able to use my Canon Speedlite 580EXII for the first time. A little yellow in the lighting but we'll work that out on the next shoot. The biggest thing was that I learned a ton.
